To place an order for a box please phone or e-mail us at the above number or address. You may specify up to two items which you would never like to see in your box. We need to know:

• the area from which you would like collect your box
• name, address and telephone number
• which box, or boxes, including up to two 'no-no's - items to be avoided in your box
• other regular orders such as milk

For administrative reasons we really need to know of holidays or other changes by noon on the Monday preceding the delivery on Thursday, so please make sure that your distributor is told in good time, ideally when you collect your box.

Boxes are either collected Thursday afternoons / evenings from the Farm Shop or from depots at offices, homes, or shops. We currently have 13 depots in Leicester and one each in Rugby, Market Harborough and Tur Langton. We are also interested in expnding to Lutterworth.

The customer collects his/her box from the local depot at times pre-arranged with the depot person. When the customers collect their boxes they pay for the next week's boxes and return the empty ones from the previous week for re- use. In this way we can use just three boxes for each customer which keeps our costs down, uses the least possible number of trees to make the boxes and produces less waste to landfill. Some of our boxes have done over thirty trips to customers.
